This Privacy Policy explains how Gift Lubele (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you visit giftlubele.com or interact with any of its forms, resources, or services.

What I collect

I only collect what I need to respond to you or deliver what you asked for:

• Contact details you submit via forms — name, email, phone, company, role, and anything you type into a message field.
• Event details for DJ bookings, speaking inquiries, and consulting requests.
• Newsletter subscription data — email address and the page you subscribed from.
• AI Readiness Guide requests — name, email, role, and company.
• Basic analytics — pages viewed, device type, and general location (country / city), collected via privacy-respecting tooling.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry or deliver the resource you requested.
• To send occasional updates, if you opted in.
• To understand which content is useful so I can create more of it.
• To comply with legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below, and only to the extent needed to run the site.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in Supabase (a managed Postgres database) with Row Level Security enabled. The site is hosted on Netlify. Email delivery, when used, goes through reputable transactional email providers. These vendors act as data processors on my behalf.

Cookies

I use a minimal set of cookies for session state (such as whether you are signed in to the member portal) and, where applicable, for analytics. You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings; some parts of the site may stop working correctly if you do.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• Access the personal information I hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information (where I am not legally required to keep it).
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Retention

I keep information only as long as it is useful for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. If you ask me to delete your data, I will do so within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, I will update this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
